Shipping policy

All orders are subject to payment verification, address verification, product availability, and final quality inspection before shipment.

In-stock items are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been approved.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Overnight Service. 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, made-to-order, and special-order items require additional production time.

Most custom orders are completed within approximately 2–3 weeks after receipt of the required payment. Certain pieces may require additional time depending on the design, materials, stone availability, production requirements, or requested modifications.
